The Princess Store staff may use your contact information to contact you to resolve any issues in relation to the order; however, The Princess Store will never use your personal information for any unsolicited commercial marketing purposes without your prior permission.

The Princess Store restricts access to your confidential personal information to authorized staff members who need it to process your order and to provide the requested services. The facilities that store your personal information are physically secured to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of all data and information collected.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
The Princess Store handles all returns and exchanges on a case by case basis with the objective of taking care of your needs.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase order, you may return it, or any products within it, within 30 days from which you have received your shipment. If you placed your order anytime between the weekend prior to the Thanksgiving Holiday (Third weekend of November) through December 25, you may return your itmes anytime prior to the end of January. No prior contact is necessary. No restocking fees will be applied.

Once The Princess Store receives your return, we will issue a credit to the credit card or PayPal account you used for your purchase. Your bank may require up to 5 business days for credits to post to your account once we issue credit.

Returned items generally must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition, with reference to a purchase order from The Princess Store. Products that were not purchased at The Princess Store cannot be returned or exchanged. All refunds will be refunded to the credit card or PayPal account used at the time of purchase.

PROMOTIONAL SALES, SHIPPING OFFERS & GIVE-AWAY'S
All promotional sales offers are nontransferable, are non retroactive, and cannot be combined. Promo Code must be entered at checkout no later than the expiration date of the offer to receive discount and the order must be fully submitted to The Princess Store within one hour of the expiration date of the offer. Valid for new orders only. Discounts apply to merchandise subtotals only.

Free promotional shipping offers fully apply to orders shipping within the United States via standard shipping with a merchandise subtotal of $50.00 or more after discounts. Additional shipping charges (quoted during checkout or by staff) apply to all expedited orders. All international orders with a merchandise subtotal of $50.00 or more receive a $5.95 shipping discount from the actual international shipping cost. Promotional offers are valid for new orders only.

All promotional give-away's are valid for new orders only and orders with a merchandise subtotal of $50.00 or more. One give-away item per submitted order. Offer valid while supplies last.

All promotional offers are based merchandise subtotals only. Merchandise subtotals do not include California sales taxes, shipping or handling charges.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Product availability on our website is not guaranteed as it may be low in stock, out of stock, or on backorder. If merchandise is not available by the time your order processes, we will notify you of this via telephone or e-mail. In the event that we cannot contact you, we will place any unavailable product on backorder and will ship it separately at no additional charge or substitute backordered products with alternative items at equal or lesser value.

All Hello Kitty/Sanrio and Disney products are available for orders shipping within the United States only.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
All prices displayed on the Princess Store Website are quoted in U.S. dollars. Please note that while we have tried to accurately display the colors of products on the Web site, the actual colors you see will depend on your computer monitor.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Delivery time varies by country. Please allow 1-3 weeks plus customs clearance for international shipments. Service cost varies by country. The Princess Store has no control over the turnaround time for international customs clearance, which can affect transit time regardless of shipping service. All Hello Kitty/Sanrio and Disney products are available for orders shipping within the United States only.

NEXT DAY SHIPMENTS
Next day, overnight shipping rates will vary. Because of varied costs, staff will contact you via telephone and e-mail with exact overnight shipping rates prior to shipping your order for authorization. We will not ship any Next Day shipments nor bill Next Day shipping fees without your prior approval.
