How to Order Online & Finding Products

How can I find The Princess Store Products?
Use the product category links on the left side of any of the main shopping pages. Use these links to find what you are looking for. Alternatively, on any of the shopping pages, enter a keyword or item number into the search box.

How do I get more information about the products?
Clicking on the title of an item or its 'More Info' button will take you to the item's product page. This page describes all the details about the item for your review.

How do I place an item in my Shopping Cart?
To purchase any item, first add it to your shopping cart by clicking the 'Add to Cart' button. For any item that offers color or size choices, simply select the desired option by using the drop-down menu.

Once the item has been placed in the shopping cart, click 'Continue Shopping' to add more items to your order.

Please note that while The Princess Store lists items for sale in which are in stock and ready to ship, product and quantity availability on our website is not guaranteed. If any merchandise is not available within 3 business days of the time we receive your order, we will notify you of this via telephone and/or e-mail.

How do I pay for my order and finish?
After you have added at least one item to your shopping cart, you will be able to view your items and start the payment process. From the shopping cart page, click 'Pay & Finish'.

Please review the friendly reminders, Privacy Policy, and Terms & Conditions pages. Scroll down and enter the address of the shipping recipient and how you would like it to be shipped. Following this section, enter your contact information, followed by your payment information. You may use any major credit/debit card or a PayPal money account. Click 'Submit Order' to finish.

Order Confirmation:
Your order has been successfully submitted. If you have elected to pay with a PayPal account, click 'Log In and Pay Now' on this page to proceed to the PayPal web site. You will receive your Order Confirmation E-mail within the hour.

Please note that some e-mail providers may filter this message and place it into a bulk or junk mail folder. Please be sure to double check these folders and add us to your safelist or address book.

What happens after I order?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days and delivered within 3-5 mailing days. For all expedited shipments placed by 1PM PST Monday-Friday, we will process your order promptly during our office hours and ship same day. If any merchandise is not available to ship within the quoted timeframes, we will notify you of this via telephone and/or e-mail.

Order Status?
You will receive an automated e-mail with tracking information once your order ships. Like the automated order confirmation e-mail, please be sure to double check any junk/spam e-mail folders for this message. Alternatively, feel free to contact us anytime to inquire about your order we'll respond to your inquiry promptly during our office hours.
