What happens after I order?
Your orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days and delivered within 3-5 mailing days. For all expedited shipments placed by 1PM PST Monday-Friday, we will process your order promptly during our office hours and ship same day. If any merchandise is not available to ship within the quoted timeframes, we will notify you of this via telephone and/or e-mail.

How can I get an updated order status?
You will receive an automated e-mail with tracking information once your order ships. Please be sure to double check any junk/spam folders within your e-mail account for this message. Alternatively, feel free to contact us anytime to inquire about your order we'll respond to your inquiry promptly during our office hours.

If your shipment is time-sensitive, please inform us of your delivery date and we'll be happy to make those arrangements, substitute any backordered items, and/or upgrade your shipping service if needed.
