Return or Exchange Items

What's your return policy?
If you have purchased any product from The Princess Store that isn't right in any way, we'll do whatever we can to find a solution. Below is our general return policy; however, we will handle all returns and exchanges on a case by case basis with the objective of taking care of your needs.

Please return the items in their original packaging to our return address (below this article) within 30 days from which you have received your shipment. If you placed your order anytime between the weekend prior to the Thanksgiving Holiday (Third weekend of November) through December 25, please return your unused items anytime by the end of January. There is no need to contact us beforehand and there are no restocking fees.

Once we receive your return, we will issue a credit to the credit card or PayPal account you used for your purchase. You'll receive a confirmation e-mail or phone call at this time. Your bank may require up to 5 business days for credits to post to your account once we issue credit.

We can only accept returns that were purchased at The Princess Store; we cannot take back any product that was purchased elsewhere. Please include your order number or any other reference to your order so we can process your request without delay.

Exchanges:
If you have received a defective item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will be happy to get a replacement item sent to you.
